The London club will wrap a £17m deal for Boca Juniors defender Aaron Anselmino following a breakthrough in talks with the Argentine giants. The Blues are also preparing to announce the arrival of midfielder Omari Kellyman from Aston Villa, while striker Marc Guiu successfully passed a medical ahead of his £5m switch from Barcelona. However, Anselmino is expected to be loaned straight to Chelsea’s sister club Strasbourg in France.
