Chelsea is also willing to pay as high as £60M for the midfielder. Lampard has confirmed Chelsea’s interest but insists the player is not for sale.
In the same vein, Chelsea is confident of reaching an agreement with Barcelona over the transfer of Aubameyang. Xavi wants him to stay but the club has the final say. Barca has set a price tag that Chelsea is not ready to meet. Talks are progressing between the two parties as Tuchel really wants the former Arsenal striker.
