Done deal Todd Boehly to lands PSG star, Neymar in Stamford bridge

Chelsea owner Todd Boehly has promise to land Paris Saint-Germain star, Neymar to Stamford Bridge to be part of development process.

Stockport County have signed former Manchester City academy midfielder Jacob Davenport on a contract until the end of the season. Davenport, 24, has been training with the Hatters since leaving Lincoln City. He also had two injury-disrupted seasons at Blackburn. He joined Burton Albion five years ago after leaving Manchester City, making 17 appearances for the Brewers before his stint at Blackburn, where all but eight of his 36 outings came as a substitute.

Neymar makes Chelsea transfer decision

Neymar has rejected a summer transfer to Chelsea, according to L’Equipe. Over the past week, the PSG attacker has been heavily linked with a sensational transfer to Stamford Bridge.

It is understood that PSG have placed Neymar on the transfer list and wish to offload him in the summer. The Parisians are unhappy with Neymar’s performances on the pitch as he has scored only two goals since the World Cup.

They are also disappointed with his poor attitude and professionalism off the pitch, not to mention his injury record.

Chelsea had taken an interest in the attacker last summer and have been associated with the former Barcelona star once again following a recent call between owner Todd Boehly and PSG.

But L’Equipe reports that Neymar has made it clear he has no intention of joining Chelsea or any other team.

Man City To Rival Arsenal For Rice

According to 90min (via Fichajes), Manchester City are keen on signing long-term Arsenal target and West Ham skipper Declan Rice in the summer. Manchester City could be without İlkay Gündoğan and Bernardo Silva by the end of the season, with both midfielders reportedly considering moving to new shores.

With Rice’s contract expiring next year, West Ham could look to cash in on him and avoid losing him to another club for free. Both Arsenal and Manchester City see him as an ideal midfielder to bolster their squad.
