Done deal as Chelsea close in agreement with creative midfielder

AC Milan are close to agreeing terms with CHELSEA midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek.

It will be all change for Chelsea over the course of the transfer window as a number of players will be departing the club – and a few more added to the side.

And Loftus-Cheek has been a player that been linked with a move away from the club for some time.

He has made a total of 155 appearances since making his first team debut – registering 13 goals and 18 assists – and has also spent time out on loan at Premier League clubs Crystal Palace and Fulham.

But Loftus-Cheek could now be set to join former Chelsea defender Fikayo Tomori at AC Milan in Serie A.

According to reports, the Italian club have been in direct contact with Loftus-Cheek for over two weeks and are now close to agreeing terms with the 27-year-old over a long-term contract.

Loftus-Cheek had the ability to be one of the worlds very best players – he really had everything to be a success.

But he could never really make it at CHELSEA and maybe this move is best for him – he is joining a top side and will experience the feel of Italian football.

There has been a few players leave for Italian football and reignite their careers – so Loftus-Cheek will be hoping that this move helps him fulfil his potential.

As we said – he will be joining one of the biggest teams in world football, but he wont be the only one heading out of the transfer door as there are far too many members in that squad to make it a successful one.
