Chelsea have submitted official bid to sign Brazilian talented star from Santos this summer transfer window according to Fabrizio Romano.
The 2004 born Brazilian talent Ângelo will travel to London to undergo medical tests to complete his move to Stamford Bridge with transfer fee worth £15m.
